With a heavy heart I am sad to say we have lost a Good Friend, fellow Archery. Tim Meyer pass a way this past week, 5/12/22. He will be missed by many of us members that knew and shot archery with him over the years! Prayers for his family at this time for comfort and peace! There will be Visitation 1pm-2pm, May 19th at Thomas C. Strickland & Son Funeral Home in Pooler.
Tim Meyer May 12, 2022, U.S. VeteranTim Meyer, 61, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at his home.Tim was born in Willmar, Minnesota and was preceded in death by his father, Stan Meyer. He was employed at Gulfstream as an Avionics Engineering Technical Specialist in the Gulfstream Electronic Systems Engineering organization. His latest assignments were various special missions

Club Work Day Saturday April 7

We will be having a work day at the club range at Scott Stell Park. Hope to start at 7:45am, we have several different thing to do like glue up targets, clean lanes, reband some bales, and move a couple of them. Lunch will be provided and drinks. So if you can come on out and give us a hand, Please do. meet others that enjoy the sport of archery. Hope to see you there!

Well the 5th Safari Marked trail shoot is in the books. A Big Shout out to Horton's Roofing & Olin Price for there Sponsoring the Gator target closest to center challenge! Congratulations to James Godlewski closest male winner at 3/4" and Krissy Marrall closest female winner 2 5/8"! Great shooting! There was only 23 shooters but there was a Cash Payout of $590.00 back to the shooters. Hope everyone had a good time and spreads the word for next years shoot! Thank You for taking your time to come out and shoot with us. Now for the Scores.

We will be holding our Safari Trail shoot Saturday April 30th, Start time is a Shotgun start at 9:00am! So get there early to get signed in. You can pre-register by emailing your Name, Shooting style and age to mail@ogeecheebowmen.com and we will try and email a conformation back to you so we can try and have things ready to pay when you get there like score cards, Shooting groups and such. I am listing most of the information to help make your chose.
